Quick Kale Salad

Ingredients:

Baby Kale

California Crunch (Trader Joe’s salad mix)

Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

½ Lemon

Balsamic Vinegar

! Fun Fact: Trader Joe’s (Geary & Masonic) has a good variety of fresh and often times organic salad mixes for a good price!

Step 1: Place your portion of kale and other salad mix in a bowl.

Step 2: Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar, along with salt and pepper, and juice the lemon.

Step 3: Mix in with your hands. Be careful do not add to much olive oil and balsamic or else you may drown the salad.

Step 4: Eat.
